3. Account Registration
To place orders, you must register for a wholesale account. You must provide accurate business information including EIN (Employer Identification Number) or relevant business registration details. We reserve the right to verify business credentials.
4. Product Information
While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely accurate, complete, or current. Products are subject to availability.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are net 30 days for approved accounts. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other approved payment methods.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

CozyMom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.
