This refunds and returns policy outlines the policies and procedures for returning and refunding products.

1. Return Policy Overview

As a wholesale supplier, CozyMom has specific return policies for business customers. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted for: defective products, damaged items received, incorrect items shipped, and products that do not match the description. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: personalized products, hygiene-related items, perishable goods, items damaged due to misuse, and products outside the 30-day return window.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at returns@cozymom.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items). We recommend using trackable shipping methods for returns.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing fees may apply for certain payment methods.

7. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to our error. This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need different products, please return the original items and place a new order. This ensures accurate inventory management and faster processing.

9. Warranty Claims

Defective products may be covered under manufacturer warranties. Contact us for warranty claim procedures. We will facilitate warranty claims with manufacturers when applicable.
